    Who is Saguaro Lending?

    Hi, I’m John Shrein (NMLS 866507) and I am a Senior Loan Originator (aka Loan Officer) with Saguaro Lending where we specialize in offering finance solutions for real property. Saguaro Lending is a trade name for MortgageOne, Inc. which is a private mortgage bank and broker that provides us with access to a wide variety of different investors and loan products. Chances are, if it can be done, we can do it!

    I started my career in mortgage lending in 2011, and I have a passion for helping others achieve the American dream of sustainable homeownership. I have built a reputation on creative thinking, a strong dedication to my client’s best interests, and leveraging modern technology to deliver straight forward explanations and illustrations to any questions our client’s need answers to.
